the boondocks-the gift that keeps on giving

i knew it was a good idea to revisit all the boondocks that i could. it’s hard to reproduce the strip, so i’ll just quote the dialogue that started the search:

tom dubois: “see-i’m a victim of 400 years of conditioning. the man has programmed my conditioning. even my conditioning has been conditioned.”

“it’s like-i think about a white woman, and my hands start a shakin’…i just can’t control myself. i..i got to stand up and yell, “where da white women at!”

“hee, hee, hee…you remember that line from “blazing saddles”..hee, hee, haaah!”

sarah dubois: “your humor is soo unappreciated right now…”

now-present wave hip hop generationers will remember the first bit from the blackstar ode “brown skin lady”, and i failed to find video of the blazing saddles evidence, but i did get that incarnation’s sample-chameleon street.

thanks, aaron. and parkdale for providing the reads.
